  • Kentucky is a filing state where active franchisors with a compliant FDD qualify for an exemption from full registration.
  • The filing is a one-time filing for which we will provide an application for your completion with notary public.
  • Kentucky requires the submission of the current FDD, but it is not reviewed by the state and filings are usually approved within a few weeks. Renewals and amendments are not required.
